Incomplete Entry - Youth evaluation in terms of cricket
While on the way, my co-worker asked me something related to youth evaluation. I did not know what to answer her. Just thought about the goal of that topic and came to resolution that youth should maintain discipline. She returned me back with question how and why. I did not have answer about that. I really thought about the idea, but I could not trace idea, how youth are evaluated. Then I thought about a game and organizing youth as that part of the game. For example we can take the youth as 11 players in cricket game with two batsman of the opposing team and two on field Umpires.
In that game, everybody is taught to be in discipline. Everybody is assigned to have a job to do. I assume that first part of the youth from 16-20 years old youths as the first power play in ODI cricket. In this part, youth are taught to be aggressive and get stance in each field of work. Even they are taught that when one mistakes how other should cooperate with that mistake to make an error free life. In this phase they are taught to be in good coordination and understanding. Here the enemies are mainly batsman, but also these enemies teach the fielders (our young hopes) a lesson to be in coordination and determination that these young hopes will get to the goal of making the batsman (enemies) out of the ground. In this phase and game the hopes and energies of the players (fielders and batsman) are evaluated with the help of Umpires. These Umpires can be termed as the evaluator of the youth power. In this time of youth, they should learn the adaptation process according to the situation.
In the second phase we can take second and third powerplays in cricket compared to the youth of 20-24 years of age. In this phase, the batsman (the opponet) youth are less attractive so the fielders have enough time to have their co-ordination going their way. With the restriction imposed on the players, their mutual understanding amoung the youth and placing right ideas (fielders) in right place according to one's idea (leader or captain). This could give the brief overview of youth participating in a mutual understanding, technical aspects of life, the power of brain of captain and the energies of the youth movement. In this phase too, the Umpires are the main evaluator.
In the last phase all the remaining age group youth can be compared to the rest of the game. In this phase the youth can be evaluated according to the situation of the game, their patience and their integrity skills of adaptation according to the situation. According to the batsman mind, the youth fielder should be adapted. But all this co-ordination will be according to the captain, the main mastermind. Also in this phase, the evaluator are Umpires.
